Mr. Edward Iruura the Finance Director/Head of Finance is a Professional accountant with strong financial expertise and familiarity in management and accounting practices at a senior management level with proven experience in design, implementing and monitoring financial and administrative control systems. Iruura has supported and provided guidance, tools and promoted good financial performance and compliance with financial policies, processes and standards and promote sharing of best practice across the organizations.

He has over 10 years of continuous experience in both private and public sector and demonstrated these skills and competencies when working with ActionAid International Uganda, National Farmers Association a DANIDA funded project, Voluntary Overseas Co-operative Assistance, USAID, Team Business College Consultancy Division and Team & Co Certified Public Accountants, Celtel Uganda Ltd, American Refugee Committee International and Aga Khan Education Services.

I have got an understanding of International accounting, particularly charity accounting and accounting software (Excel/ SUN/Vision/TM1).
He has also lectured Auditing, Accountancy & Financial management papers at Team Business College.
